I ordered a pair of boots from bootbarn.com and the second I tried them on, I was like, nope, these are definitely too tight. I thought exchanging them was going to be a hassle, but it was surprisingly easy. I sent them back, got the right size quickly, and customer service answered my question without making me wait around. Super relieved because I was ready to be annoyed, but it all went really smoothly.

"Good selection, but my size was sold out"
I was just there recently and noticed they had a good selection overall. Lots of cute options to choose from, but the thing that stuck with me was that my size was already gone in a few of the things I liked. Still worth checking out, just a little hit or miss depending on what you need.

"Fit great right out of the box"

"These boots are seriously holding up"
I picked up a pair of work boots from Boot Barn a few months back, i’m really impressed. They still feel sturdy, the leather feels like great quality, and I haven’t noticed any stitching coming loose at all. So far, they’ve been a solid buy and I’m happy with them!
